水性车底防护胶的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以水性聚氨酯和水性丙烯酸酯乳液为成膜基料,磷酸锌为防腐剂,云母为阻尼增强材料,重钙为主要填料,另加各种功能性助剂,制备了一款环保型水性车底防护胶。研究了不同乳液、颜填料、分散剂和增稠剂类型对产品性能的影响。结果表明,该款防护胶具有优异的抗石击性、阻尼性、防腐性、耐水性、环保性、施工性等性能,未来将成为机车车底防护的必备佳品。 In this experiment, a kind of water-based coating for automobile chassis was prepared using aqueous polyurethane emulsion and aqueous acrylic emulsion as base materials, zinc phosphate as preservative, mica as damping material, coarse whiting as solid filler, with adding multiple types of additives. The effect of different emulsions,packings, dispersants and thickeners on the coating properties was also investigated. This water-based underbody coating possesses the advantages of higher stone chip-resistance, higher loss tangent, excellent anti-corrosion and construction, water-resistance, non-pollutant and other favorable properties. It is a trend that environmental friendly coatings will become the best protection product applied in locomotive bottoms.
