摘要
在碱性电解液中添加不同浓度的乙二胺对AZ91D镁合金在两种不同电压下微弧氧化过程中火花放电现象有影响,进而对微弧氧化膜层形貌和耐蚀性能产生影响。分别使用相机、扫描电镜和电化学工作站等手段对微弧氧化火花放电现象及微弧氧化制备的膜层形貌和膜层耐蚀性能进行了探究,结果表明,在微弧氧化电解液中添加乙二胺可以有效抑制微弧氧化放电火花的产生,提高放电火花出现的电压值,同时使制备的膜层孔隙率降低,耐蚀性提高了4倍以上。通过实验结果可知电解液中乙二胺的添加使得镁合金表面的能量得以降低,从而抑制了火花的产生,因此膜层更加致密。
Adding different concentrations of ethylenediamine can make effect on the spark discharge during PEO process of AZ91D magnesium alloy at different voltages and further affects the morphology and corrosion resistance of PEO coatings. The spark discharge phenomenon, microstructure, phase composition and corrosion property of PEO coating were evaluated by using camera, SEM and electrochemical tests. The results showed that the addition of ethylenediamine during PEO process can effectively suppress the generation of PEO discharge sparks and increase the voltage value of discharge spark appearance. At the same time, the porosity of the PEO coating was lowered, and the corrosion resistance was improved by more than 4 times. It can be seen that the addition of ethylenediamine in the electrolyte reduces the energy of the surface of the magnesium alloy, thereby suppressing the generation of sparks, and thus the coating is denser.
