摘要
为了提高采摘水果效率和减轻工人劳动强度,本文设计了一种辅助人工便携式水果采摘器,由伸缩杆、手柄、夹具、电机、网兜组成。该装置创新性地改变加紧夹具的动力。传统的夹具装置都是靠人力来实现加紧,人手的力气越大,夹得越紧。但本装置采用弹簧的弹力来实现加紧,降低工人的劳累程度;电机割茎明显提高采摘效率,高效省力地完成任务;融合类似雨伞架的伸缩杆装置提高其实用性,对于不同高度的水果可任意调整其杆长;同时,杆内的钢丝绳通过自动收绳装置来进行自动调整。该装置适用于采摘有1-2 cm茎长、果实较软、易受损伤的小水果,具有结构简单、成本低廉、操作方便、减轻劳动负担、提高采摘效率等优点。
In order to improve the efficiency of fruit picking and reduce the labor intensity of workers, this paper designed a kind of artificial artificial fruit picker, which consists of telescopic rod, handle, clamp, motor and net pocket. The device innovatively changes the power of the clamping fixture. The traditional fixtures are all tightened by manpower. The greater the strength of the man-power, the tighter the grip. However, the device uses the spring force to achieve tightening, reducing the worker’s fatigue;the motor cutting stem significantly improves the picking efficiency, and the task is completed efficiently and labor-savingly;the telescopic rod device similar to the umbrella stand improves the practicability, and can be used for fruits of different heights. The rod length is arbitrarily adjusted;at the same time, the wire rope in the rod is automatically adjusted by the automatic rope collecting device. The device is suitable for picking small fruits with stem length of 1-2 cm, soft fruit and easy to be damaged, and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient operation,reduced labor burden and improved picking efficiency.
