摘要
文章以城市轨道交通工程为例,对招标策划的编制依据、内容和方法进行了阐述。其中对招标策划的编制内容基于现行有关规范进行了综合。招标策划的编制方法文章归纳为“模板法”、“调研法”、“文献法”、“对比法”和“重点法”五种,并对五种方法进行了介绍,以期对其他工程在编制招标策划时有一定的借鉴作用。
Taking the urban rail transit project as an example,the paper expounds the basis,content and method of bidding planning. Among them,the contents of bidding plan is based on the existing norms. The compilation methods are summarized into five types :model method,investigation method,documentation method,comparison method and key method.And introduced five methods, in order to have a certain reference to other projects in the preparation of additional bidding planning.
