摘要
文章围绕社会人口“老龄化”、环境保护、食品安全等热点问题展开研究,通过对可食用性景观设计应用的研究与分析,将其与养老院空间有机结合,分析其可行性,以期为我国城市景观设计提供有益的理论支撑,为单一的城市化景观寻找新的可能性,并对可食用性景观设计提出新的愿景。
This study around the social hot issues such as "aging population", environmental protection, food safety, etc, through research and analysis on the application of the edible landscape design, and combine it with the nursing home space, this paper analyze its feasibility so that provides some useful theoretical support for the urban landscape design in China, looking for new possibilities for a single urban landscape, and proposes the new vision of edible landscape design.
