摘要
汽车起重机是装在普通或特制汽车底盘上的一种起重机。随着液压技术和高强度钢材在汽车工业的发展应用,自重大、工作准备时间长的机械传动式汽车起重机已被液压式汽车起重机所代替。主要对液压式汽车起重机的工作原理及常见的故障,如液压系统压力不足、伸缩缸自行回缩等进行了分析,进而针对这些故障提出了诊断及排除方法,从而保证起重机能够正常运行。
Truck crane is a kind of crane mounted on ordinary or special chassis. With the development and application of hydraulic technology and high strength steel in automobile industry, the mechanical transmission truck crane with long preparation time for self-weight work has been replaced by hydraulic truck crane. This paper mainly analyses the working principle and common faults of hydraulic truck crane, such as insufficient pressure in hydraulic system, self-retracting of expansion cylinder, and puts forward diagnosis and elimination methods for these faults, so as to ensure the normal operation of crane.
