摘要
分析了新形势下出版企业编辑人才培养导向,阐述了新形势下出版企业编辑人才培养机制,如坚定教育发展的大方向,确定编辑出版专业人才的培养目标;注重理论与实践的有机结合,给学生一定的实践发展空间;给予一定的政策支持,针对学生情况调整人才培养方案;提升学生的专业能力,培养高质量的复合型人才;为编辑人员提供更多的学习机会,提高业务水平;建立有效的激励机制,主动分享经验心得。
It analyses the orientation of editorial personnel training in publishing enterprises under the new situation. It expounds the training mechanism of editors in publishing enterprises under the new situation,such as strengthening the general direction of educational development,defining the training objectives of editors and publishers,paying attention to the organic combination of theory and practice,giving students a certain space for practical development,giving certain policy support,adjusting the training scheme according to students’ situation,improving students’ professional ability and training high-quality rehabilitation,so as to provide more learning opportunities for editors and improve their professional level,and to establish an effective incentive mechanism with experience sharing.
