摘要
在明确国有企业行政管理模式、行政管理人员绩效管理等概念的基础上,分析了我国绩效管理工作的发展现状,提出对绩效管理工作缺乏重视,薪酬奖惩制度不完善等问题;提出解决绩效管理工作问题的对策,如加强宣传教育,加深国企员工对绩效考核的认识与理解,建立健全的绩效考核机制,奖惩分明,重视企业文化建设与渗透,建立健全的监督反馈机制,以期促进企业的发展。
On the basis of defining the concepts of state-owned enterprise administration mode and performance management of administrative personnel,it analyses the development status of performance management in China,and puts forward some problems,such as lack of attention to performance management,imperfect compensation and punishment system,etc. It also puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems of performance management,such as strengthening publicity,deepening the understanding and understanding of performance appraisal among employees of state-owned enterprises,establishing a sound performance appraisal mechanism,with clear rewards and punishments,attaching importance to the construction and infiltration of corporate culture,and establishing a sound monitoring and feedback mechanism,so as to promote the development of enterprises.
