摘要
新时期背景下高职院校师资队伍建设的“五大工程”和“三项计划”包括师德培育工程、教学能力提升工程、实践锻炼工程、科研能力提升工程、专业化发展工程和高水平教师引进计划、创新基金支持计划、绩效考核计划。建设“五大工程”是为了成立教师发展中心,加大培训力度,开展境内外进修活动,开展教师职业能力测评。实施“三项计划”是为了优化教师队伍结构,全面提升教师的科研能力,做好教师业务档案管理工作。
This paper introduces the “five major projects” and “three plans” for the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of the new era,which include the project of cultivating teachers’ morality,improving teaching ability,practicing,scientific research and professional development. The “three plans” include the plan of introducing high-level teachers,the plan of supporting innovation funds and the performance appraisal. The construction of the “five major projects” is to set up a teacher development center,intensify training,carry out domestic and foreign learning activities,and carry out the evaluation of teachers’ professional ability. The implementation of the “three programs” is to optimize the structure of the teaching staff,comprehensively enhance the scientific research ability of teachers,and do a good job in the management of teachers’ professional files.
