摘要
目的 探究中药方剂对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平的影响。方法 选取本院2017年1月—2018年6月收治的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机表法分为对照组28例和观察组32例。对照组采用甲泼尼龙治疗,观察组采用甲泼尼龙联合中药加味安肠愈疡汤治疗,比较2组临床疗效和血清炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平。结果 对照组临床治疗总有效率为75.00%(21/28),观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.75%(30/32),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,对照组和观察组IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药方剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,可降低患者血清炎症因子水平,促进患者症状的缓解,有利于疾病稳定和康复,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicinal formulae on serum levels of inflammatory factors IL-6, TNF-α and CRP in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:60 ulcerative colitis patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=28)and an observation group(n=32).The control group was treated with methylprednisolone and the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone combined with Modified Anchang Yuyang Decoction.The clinical effect and serum inflammatory factors IL-6,TNF-α and CRP levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the clinical control group was 75.00%(21/28)and the total effective rate of the clinical treatment was 93.75%(30/32).The rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IL-6,TNF-α and CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP in the two groups decreased when compared with those of the prior treatment.The levels of the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine prescription has obvious curative effect on ulcerative colitis,and can reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and promote the relief of patients’ symptoms,which is conducive to the stability and rehabilitation of the disease and worthy of widespread application in clinic.
