摘要
中央级农业科研单位是我国“三农”工作的主要科技支撑力量。为支撑农业科技创新,服务农业产业发展,文章从科学仪器设备、科研用房以及科研试验基地等方面,较为系统地研究了中央级农业科研单位条件资源现状,提出了加强顶层设计、突出建设重点、创新投融资形式以及健全管理机制等加强中央级农业科研单位条件资源建设的对策建议。
Central Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions are the main scientific and technological forces of China's "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers". In order to ensure the innovation of agricultural science and technology, serving the development of agricultural industry, current situations and problems of conditional resources of the Central Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions were studied in the paper from scientific instrument and equipment, scientific research rooms, and scientific research and test bases, etc. Countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening construction of conditional resources in Central Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions were put forward, such as strengthening top design, laying stress on key construction, innovating invest forms, and improving management mechanism.
