摘要
目的评估综合干预模式对学龄前儿童家长的口腔保健意识和行为的影响,研究提高学龄前儿童口腔疾病就诊率的途径。方法将张家口市桥西区6所幼儿园分为试验组和对照组,儿童口腔医师到试验组幼儿园,对儿童和家长进行口腔健康知识宣教,同时对幼教人员进行培训和指导,协助建立口腔预防保健体系,半年进行一次口腔检查;对照组发放宣传材料,不做其他干预。建立档案,记录试验组学龄前儿童的口腔检查状况和就诊情况等。实施干预措施10个月后,对2组儿童家长进行口腔健康知识与行为、儿童口腔疾病就诊情况等进行调查统计。结果试验组家长口腔健康意识显著增强,学龄前儿童口腔疾病就诊率达32.4%,对照组仅为25.4%,同时2组就诊原因存在差异,试验组龋病和预防性检查比例提高,牙髓炎和根尖周炎比例减低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童口腔医师参与幼儿园口腔疾病防治能有效提高家长、老师、儿童对口腔健康知识的认知,对提高儿童口腔疾病就诊率效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the intervention effects of comprehensive intervention model on oral health awareness and behavior of preschool children’s parents in order to improve the visiting rate in preschool children with oral diseases.Methods The children in six kindergartens in Qiaoxi District of Zhangjiakou City were divided into experimental group and control group. The children’s stomatologists went to the kindergartens to perform knowledge education about oral health conduct for the children and their parents,at the same time,the stomatologists trained and instructed the preschool education personnel to help them to establish oral preventive health care system, and carried out oral examination half a year. However the propaganda materials were given to preschool children and their parents in control group without any other intervention,moreover the files were set up and the the status of oral examination and treatment for the preschool children in experimental group was recorded.After 10-month intervention the oral health knowledge and behavior and children’s dental disease visiting status were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The parents’ awareness about oral health in experimental group was significantly improved in experimental group. The visiting rate of preschool children’s oral diseases was 32.4% in experimental group,however,which was 25.4% in control group,moreover there were differences in the visiting reasons between the two groups. In addition the proportion of dental caries and prophylactic examination was increased,however,the proportion of pulpitis and periapical diseases was decreased in experimental group,there were significant differences between experimental group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The participation of pediatric stomatologists in the prevention and treatment of oral diseases in kindergartens can effectively improve the awareness about oral health knowledge for the parents, teachers and children,it is significant to improve the visiting rate of children with oral diseases.
