摘要
根据邯钢西区干熄焦发电2#汽轮机大修后一次开机转速飞升异常现象,对影响汽轮机转速急升的问题进行阐述。在故障排查过程中,修正了调速汽门的线性,恢复了发电机并网开关正常状态,消除了汽轮机转速飞升的异常现象,实现了机组正常并网发电。
Based on the abnormal rapid rise at startup of the CDQ No. 2 steam turbine unit at Handan Steel’s west area after overhaul, the paper discusses about the causes of the excessive speeding up problem. In troubleshooting of the accident, the linearity of the speed regulating throttle was revised, which restored the grid-connection switch of the generator to normal condition, eliminated the excessive speeding up phenomenon of the steam turbine and achieved normal grid connection power generation.
