摘要
介绍了邯钢烧结余热发电、煤气柜、干熄焦发电等区域高、低压电机配套的油泵加热系统,对加热系统老化、手动加热不能自动停止加热问题进行了分析,提出了电气回路改造的方式方法,并对改造后的效果和经济效益进行了计算。
The paper introduces the oil pump heating systems for HV and LV motors in the sinter waste heat power generating, gasholder and CDQ power generating areas of Handan Steel, analyzes the aging problems of heat system and manual heating cannot auto. matically stop, puts forward the model and method for the electrical circuit transformation and calculates the effect and economic benefit of the transformation.
