摘要
PCBN刀具在高硬度材加工上应用广泛,刃口倒棱的规格,干切的加工方式的选择等使用策略非常重要。文章结合实际案例针对PCBN刀具在高硬度材加工中刀具刃口倒棱的加工以及干式切削加工的应用情况进行分析,已望供以后像类似项目提供参考。
PCBN tools are widely used in the machining of high hardness materials. The specifications of edge chamfering and the selection of dry cutting methods are very important. Based on the actual case, this paper analyzes the application of PCBN tool in cutting edge chamfering and dry cutting in high hardness material machining, which has been expected to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
