摘要
齿轮的使用寿命与齿轮油的质量密不可分。随着齿轮向小型,高效,重载和高速方向发展,对工业齿轮油的质量要求也越来越高。国际标准化组织(ISO),德国标准化学会(DIN)及Siemens Flender公司均在2018年对齿轮油的技术标准进行了更新。对国际上最具代表性的工业齿轮油技术标准(包括分类标准和质量标准)的变化进行了梳理,以探究工业齿轮油的发展趋势,为工业齿轮油的研究提供参考。从工业齿轮油技术标准的变化中可以看到,提升齿轮油的抗微点蚀性能,轴承润滑性能,抗泡沫性能和与密封橡胶的相容性等尤为重要。同时随着可生物降解工业齿轮油标准的出台,为研制可生物降解的齿轮油提供了依据。
The service life of gears was closely related to the quality of gear oils.With the development of gears toward small,high efficiency,heavy load and high speed,the quality requirements for industrial gear oils were getting higher and higher. The technical standards of gear oils were all updated by the International Organization for Standardization(ISO),the Deutsches Institut für Normung(DIN)and Siemens Flender in 2018. In order to explore the development trend of industrial gear oils and provide reference for the research of industrial gear oil,the changes of the most representative international technical standards for industrial gear oils (including classification standards and quality standards)were reviewed. It could be seen from the changes of technical standards of industrial gear oils that it was particularly important to improve the micropitting corrosion resistance of gear oils,bearing lubrication performance,anti-foam performance and sealing rubber compatibility. At the same time,with the introduction of the standard of biodegradable industrial gear oils,it provided a basis for the development of biodegradable gear oils.(Charts0 Tables2 References10)
