摘要
IGBT结构是新能源汽车和充电桩的核心部件,常用电压是600V-1200V,成本占新能源电动汽车总成本的百分之七至百分之十。随着近年来新能源汽车政策红利的释放,IGBT等核心构件的发展具有广阔的市场。本文旨在探讨电动汽车中应用该结构的新形势,并且指出IGBT结构在电动汽车中的应用的关键控制要素。
IGBT structure is the core component of new energy vehicles and charging piles. The commonly used voltage is 600V-1200V, which accounts for 7-10% of the total cost of new energy electric vehicles. With the release of new energy vehicle policy dividends in recent years, the development of IGBT and other core components has a broad market. This paper aims at discussing the new situation of the application of IGBT structure in EV, and points out the key control elements of IGBT structure in EV.
