摘要
提出一种基于二元决策图(BDD)的可靠性分析方法,用于地铁塞拉门系统的可靠性分析。首先介绍了城轨车辆塞拉门系统的总体结构和各部分的工作原理,其次介绍二元决策图的基本概念以及建模方法,最后选择车门无法自动开启作为顶事件,建立故障树分析(FTA)模型,并进一步转化为二元决策图对车门系统进行可靠性分析,求解车门系统的可靠度。计算结果和现场实际情况吻合,表明利用二元决策图法进行可靠性分析具有实用性和有效性。
A reliability analysis method based on binary decision diagram (BDD) was proposed to analyzereliability of urban rail vehicle sliding door systems. Firstly, the structure and working principle of city rail vehicle sliding door systems were introduced, then the basic concepts and modeling method of BDD were introduced, finally, the disabled open fault of door system is selected as a top event to establish the fault tree, and the fault tree was converted to a binary decision diagram to analyze reliability of door systems. The results and the actual site was consistent, which showed that BDD has practicality and effectiveness for reliability analysis.
