摘要
钯碳催化剂是精对苯二甲酸生产中一种重要的催化剂,并且其价格十分昂贵,因此在使用过程中对于它的保护十分重要。文章分析了钯碳催化剂失活的原因,并采取了预防措施以及相应的解决措施,使催化剂的寿命得到了有效延长,大大降低了生产成本。
Palladium-carbon catalyst is an important catalyst in the production of purified terephthalic acid, and its price is very expensive, so it is very important to protect it during use. The reasons for the deactivation of palladium-carbon catalysts were analyzed, and preventive measures and corresponding solutionswere adopted so as to effectively extend the life of the catalyst and greatly reduce production costs.
