一种基于磁传感器的低成本车型检测系统设计

摘要 随着我国汽车保有量的增加,道路拥挤问题日趋显著,受车型检测技术限制,目前高速公路收费站大多采用人工或半人工收费方式,成为高峰时段拥挤产生的主要原因。基于车型检测技术,设计一套基于AMR磁传感器的低成本车型检测系统,该系统由上位机、下位机控制器、磁传感器、无线数据传输模块及电源构成,能够采集车辆经过位置的地球磁场在空间中的变化信息,并根据不同车辆引起的磁场变化特征,实现对车辆类型的检测与判断。 With the increase of car ownership in China, the problem of road congestion has become increasingly prominent. Especially due to the limitation of vehicle type detection technology, the manual and semi-manual toll collection is an important cause of congestion during peak hours in most toll stations on expressways. Based on the vehicle type detection problem, this paper designs a low-cost vehicle type detection system based on AMR magnetic sensor. The system is composed of upper computer, lower computer controller, magnetic sensor, wire-less data transmission module and power supply. It can collect the change information of the earth magnetic field in the space of the vehicle passing through the position. According to the change characteristics of the different magnetic field caused by different vehicles, it can realize the detection and judgment of the vehicle type.
