摘要
根据冬、夏两季大规模旅行时间的调查结果,通过平均行程速度、单位里程平均出行延误指标及停车类型分析,对哈尔滨市内环、二环及11条放射性联络干道的拥堵特征进行描述,并对冬季、夏季的交通运行变化趋势进行分析,为哈尔滨市交通拥堵治理提供有力数据支持。
Based on the results of large-scale travel time survey in winter and summer, through the analysis of average travel speed, average travel delay index and parking type, this paper presents the congestion characteristics of Harbin inner ring road, second ring road and 11 main radioactive links, and analyzes the changes of traffic congestion in winter and summer, in order to provides the powerful data support for traffic congestion control in Harbin.
