摘要
本文介绍了上海市某印刷厂VOCs废气处理工程的工艺流程、设计参数和运行情况。工程调试结果表明,采用"浓缩吸附(RC)+蓄热式高温氧化炉(RTO)"工艺处理印刷行业废气,排放口的各项废气污染因子可以符合上海市地方标准,减排效果显著,技术上和经济上皆具有可行性。
The process flow, design parameters and operation of a VOCs exhaust treatment project in Shanghai is introduced. The commissioning results show that the RC and RTO process can completely treat Printing Industry exhaust, and the quality of exhaust can meet the local standards of Shanghai. The effect of reducing exhaust is significant. It is economically and technically feasible.
