摘要
目的比较传统树脂与大块填充树脂在儿童龋齿牙齿损伤修复方面的效果和远期填充物的耐磨程度,为临床选择更好的填充材料提供依据。方法选取2017年5月至2018年1月在长安医院口腔科进行治疗的76例患儿(103颗患牙)为研究对象,将76例患儿按照随机数表法分为A组和B组各38例,其中A组51颗患牙,B组52颗患牙。A组患者给予传统树脂治疗,B组患儿采用大块填充树脂治疗。对两组患儿进行为期1年的随访,并在一年后进行复查,比较两组患儿的复查结果。结果 B组患儿的治疗有效率为94.23%,略高于A组的88.24%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患儿的重度磨损率为15.69%,明显高于B组的1.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组并患儿的发症发生率为7.89%,略高于B组的2.63%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论传统树脂与大块填充树脂在龋齿牙齿损伤修复方面效果相当,但大块填充树脂耐磨损程度更高,是临床选择更好的填充材料。
Objective To compare the effect and long-term wear resistance of traditional resin and bulk-filled resin in repairing children’s dental caries, in order to provide a basis for clinical selection of better filling materials.Methods Seventy-six patients(103 teeth) who were treated in the Department of Stomatology, Chang’an Hospital were selected as the study subjects from May 2017 to January 2018, which were randomly divided into group A(38 patients, 51 teeth) and group B(38 patients, 52 teeth). Group A was treated with traditional resin, and group B was treated with bulk-filled resin. The patients were followed up for one year and then reviewed. The results of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group B was slightly higher than that of group A(94.23% vs 89.24%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Severe wear rate in group A(15.79%) was significantly higher than that in group B(2.63%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 7.89% in group A versus was 2.63% in group B, showing no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Traditional resin and bulk-filled resin show similar clinical effect in repairing dental caries, but the latter has higher wear resistance and thus is a better choice for clinical selection.
