摘要
目的分析某地市级科研申报中存在的伦理问题,并提出对策。方法对2015—2017年三年的科研申报书相关数据进行分类统计,了解申报书中暴露的伦理问题。结果无论是从时间上还是项目负责人资历上来说,医学科研中存在的伦理问题相当严峻,相关伦理原则普遍未获重视。结论针对地市级医学伦理,应从机构的角度加强伦理监管和进行有效的伦理培训。
Objective To look intonalyze the ethical problems of medical research reports to explore the countermeasures.Methods We classified and analyzed data of the medical research reports in a prefecture-level city from 2015 to 2017 from 2015 to 2017 to explore the ethical problems.Results There were serious ethical problems in medical research reports in terms of the project declaration time or project leaders.The ethical principles were not taken and applied seriously in the reports.Conclusion The ethical issues in medical research at the prefecture-level have not been taken seriously,and hence the ethical supervision and effective ethics training should be strengthened in the way of the government’s intervention.
