摘要
目的对山银花(华南忍冬)药材道地性进行研究,促进其开发与利用。方法通过文献梳理,考证山银花的药用历史,分析其道地性。结果历史上,山银花与济银花、密银花并列,是金银花药材商品的重要品种。金银花应用广泛,在商品流通不便的古代,各地所应用的金银花,不一定都是中原所产,南方所产山银花的入药历史更为悠久。结论药用金银花中岭南道地药材山银花(华南忍冬)使用历史较长,产销量较大,自清初起便收载入岭南本草著作中,岭南民众在疾病防治与日常生活中对其应用非常普遍。岭南医药学家与药业经营者应加强对其开发与利用,为山银花的正名与发展作出努力。
Objective To study the genuineness of Lonicera confusa for promoting its development and utilization.Methods Through literature review,the medicinal history of Lonicera confusa was investigate,and its genuineness was analyzed.Results Historically,Lonicera confusa,Lonicera japonica in Jinan,Shandong and Lonicera japonica in Xinmi,Henan were important varieties of honeysuckle medicinal products.Lonicera japonica was widely used,in the ancient times when the circulation of commodities was inconvenient,Lonicera japonica used everywhere was not necessarily produced in the Central Plains.Lonicera confuse which produced in the South had a longer medicinal history.Conclusion The Lingnan genuine medicinal material of Lonicera confusa has been used in a long history,and has a large production and sales volume.Since the beginning of the Qing dynasty,it had been included in the works of Lingnan herbals and widely used for the prevention and treatment of diseases in people's daily life.Lingnan medical scientists and pharmaceutical operators should strengthen its development and utilization,and make efforts for the rectification of name and development of Lonicera confusa.
