摘要
Unipol聚丙烯工艺是目前应用较广的气相流化床工艺,具有工艺简单、灵活、经济安全、操作和维护简单等特点。本文从工艺生产角度,简述了影响均聚聚丙烯产品质量的关键因素,分析和探讨了熔体流动速率、等规度、灰分含量、表观密度、分子量分布、力学性能、热学性能等关键参数的控制方法,为聚丙烯的工业生产控制提供借鉴。
The Unipol PP process for polypropylene was simple, flexible, economical, safe, simple operate and maintenance, and was a widely used gas phase polypropylene process. In this paper, the key influence factors of homopolypropylene quality were introduced from the view of technical process of production. Then the control methods of the key factors such as melt flow rate,isotacticity, ash content, apparent density, molecular weight distribution, mechanical properties, thermal properties, were analyzed and discussed.
