摘要
目的 通过对社区老年高血压患者自我护理能力进行评估,并进行不同年龄组的自我护理能力的比较,为提高老年高血压患者的自我护理能力提供依据。方法 采用便利抽样法,抽取云南省昆明、曲靖、大理、昭通等社区299名高血压老年患者,用ESCA量表进行问卷调查。采用EpiData建立数据库,用SPSS进行数据的统计学分析。采用频数、百分比、均数和标准差进行描述性分析,采用方差分析进行不同年龄组的ESCA的得分比较,Pearson相关分析法分析ESCA的相关影响因素(P<0.05)。结果 被调查的老年高血压患者的自我护理能力处于中等偏下水平;云南省社区老年高血压患者的自我护理能力量表总分、自我责任感和自我护理技能均低于较发达地区;5个不同的年龄组在自我护理概念、自我责任感、健康知识水平维度上以及ESCA得分上无差异,但在自我护理技能维度上得分有差异(P<0.05)。结论 社区护士应加强对老年高血压患者各种知识的指导和帮助,提高老年高血压患者对疾病的认识和了解,从而增强老年高血压患者的自我护理能力。
Objective To assess self-care abilities of hypertension patients in communities,compare the self-care abilities among different age groups, then to provide the proofs for the hypertension prevention,treatment,and self-care. Methods A total of 299 convenience sample from Kunming,Qujing,Dali,Zhaotong areas in Yunnan Province who were volunteering in this research completed the ESCA scale, and self-made questionnaire. Frequencies,percentages,means and standard deviations were analyzed by descriptive analysis.;the scores variances in different age groups of ESCA were compared by one way ANOVA;the influential factors of ESCA were analyzed by Pearson Correlation test. Results The ESCA level of the participants was lower than the moderate level;the total score of ESCA,self-care responsibilities,and self-care skills were lower than those of the counterparts in developed area. There were no statistical differences on self-care concepts, self-care responsibilities, self-care knowledge and total score of ESCA among five age groups, but a variance existed in self-care skills. Conclusion It is essential for the community nurses to strength the health education on hypertension elderly, to broad their horizon of hypertension,then to improve their self-care abilities.
