摘要
为了保证工业机器人的运动精度及使用寿命,针对工业机器人中核心部件RV减速器的加工及装配误差反馈,研发了一种RV减速器在载荷惯量试验条件下的振动在线检测研究技术。该技术通过加速度传感器测量RV减速器壳体振动,使用数采设备将振动信号采集到上位机,使用DEWESOFT软件进行采集参数的设定以及数据的处理与分析,得出RV减速器振动性能曲线。根据振动检测数据研究分析,结合RV减速器各部件及传动结构的特征频率计算,可以有效地反馈出RV减速器的加工及装配误差。经验表明,通过该技术可以有效地保证了产品的合格率,从而保证工业机器人的运动精度及使用寿命。
In order to ensure the motion accuracy and service life of industrial robots,an on-line vibration detection technology of RV reducer under the load inertia test condition was developed for the processing and assembly error feedback of the core components RV reducer in industrial robots.The technology measures the vibration of the RV reducer housing through the acceleration sensor,the digital mining equipment is used to collect the vibration signal and pass on to the host computer,the DEWESOFT software is used to set the acquisition parameters and the data is processed and analyzed by DEWESOFT software.According to the analysis of vibration detection data,combined with RV reducer structure and transmission principle,can effectively feedback the RV reducer processing and assembly error.Experience shows that through this technology can effectively guarantee the product of the pass rate,so as to ensure the industrial robot motion accuracy and service life.
