浓缩生长因子对美学区单颗牙即刻种植的疗效分析 被引量:7

Analysis on the Clinical Efficacy of CGF Adopted in Immediate Single-tooth Implant in the Esthetic Zone

摘要 目的:探讨浓缩生长因子(CGF)对美学区单牙即刻种植患者牙龈组织愈合、美学修复效果及满意度的影响。方法:选取2015年4月-2017年8月笔者科室收治的92例美学区单牙即刻种植患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表将其分为两组,每组46例。观察组:于种植体-骨间隙加入比例为1:1的CGF与Bio-Oss骨粉混合物;对照组:仅给予Bio-Oss骨粉添加。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价患者术后疼痛程度,运用红色美学指数(PES)评估种植体周围软组织情况,比较两组术后6个月牙龈退缩情况,并采取VAS评估患者对于即刻种植修复的主观满意度情况。结果:观察组术后1、2、3d时疼痛VAS评分均显著低于对照组同时点(P<0.05),两组术后4、5d时疼痛VAS评分对比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组术后3、6个月时PES评分依次为(10.35±1.02)分、(10.02±1.23)分,与对照组同时点的(8.75±0.87)分、(8.24±0.82)分相比,均显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙龈退缩为(0.33±0.12)mm,较对照组的(0.44±0.26)mm显著减少,观察组主观满意度评分为(93.45±4.32)分,与对照组的(81.47±6.21)分相比则显著增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CGF能有效促进美学区单牙即刻种植患者的牙龈组织愈合,提高美学修复效果,且患者主观满意度较高。 Objective To explore the impact of concentrated growth factor(CGF) on the healing of gingival tissue, aesthetic restoration and satisfaction from patients who received immediate single-tooth implant in the esthetic zone. Methods The subjects, 92 patients who received immediate single-tooth implant in the esthetic zone in our hospital from April 2015 to August2017, were divided into two groups on the basis of random number table, each with 46 cases. The observation group was treated by adding a mix of CGF and Bio-Oss bone meal with a ratio of 1:1 into the implant bone gap, while the control group Bio-Oss bone meal only. Postoperative pain degree in patients was assessed using visual analogue scales(VAS), and soft tissue condition around the implant was assessed using pink ethetic score(PES). Gingival retraction was compared between the two groups 6 months after the operation and subjective satisfaction from patients over immediate implant restoration was evaluated using VAS. Results The observation group had much lower VAS scores for pain 1, 2, 3 d after operation than the control group did at the same time points(P<0.05), but seeing no big difference from the control group in VAS pain scores4, 5 d after operation(P>0.05). The PES scores of the observation group 3, 6 months after operation were(10.35±1.02) points and(10.02±1.23) points respectively, which were much higher than(8.75±0.87) points and(8.24±0.82) points of the control group over the identical period, and the difference were statistical(P<0.05). The gingival retraction the observation group witnessed was(0.33±0.12)mm, much less than(0.44±0.26)mm of the control group and the satisfaction score of the observation group was(93.45±4.32) points which was remarkably higher than(81.47±6.21) points of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistical(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of CGF can significantly promote the healing of gingival tissue, improve aesthetic restoration in patients, and generate higher satisfaction from patients.
