摘要
响应构建规范化、格式化、标准化、统一的医院经济运行管理体系要求,从住院预交金管理控制需求出发,设计对其进行过程控制的系统实现方案,实现住院预交金规范化管理控制,以提高资金的安全性、数据的可信性,在提高抵御和防范财务风险能力的同时,避免因现金匮乏或资金周转不畅影响医院正常运行。
In response to the requirements of building a standardized,formatted and unified hospital economic operation management system,and to the need of the management and control of hospital advance payment, this paper discussed the systematic realization scheme of the actual process control to raise the security of the fund, the credibility of the data,the improvement of the defense and the prevention of financial risk ability,and avoid the normal operation of the hospital because of the cash shortage or the financial turnover.
