聚1-丁烯的物理改性研究进展

摘要 聚1-丁烯(PB-1)具有突出的抗蠕变性、耐热性、耐磨性、耐环境应力开裂性,具有"塑料黄金"的美誉,被广泛应用于薄膜、薄板、管材、密封胶等领域。然而,与其它聚烯烃材料相比,PB-1的成本较高,且其晶型转变速率十分缓慢,室温下需静置7~10天才能完成从热力学不稳定的Ⅱ晶型向热力学稳定的Ⅰ晶型的转变,这就提高了成型加工的难度。近年来,为降低PB-1的生产成本及改善其性能,科研工作者们不断尝试对PB-1进行物理改性,并取得了一定的成果。本文介绍了聚1-丁烯在物理改性方面的研究进展,着重介绍了共混改性和填充改性,并对PB-1的发展前景进行了展望。 Poly 1-butene (PB-1) has good applications in film, sheet, pipes, sealant and so on because of its outstanding properties such as creep resistance, heat resistance, grinding resistance, environment stress crack resistance., therefore, it is honored as the "golden plastic". However, compared with other polyolefin materials, the cost of PB-1 is higher and the crystalline transition rate is very slow. It need to let stand at room temperature for 7~10 days to complete from thermodynamic unstable crystal formⅡcrystal to thermodynamic stable crystal formⅠmorphology transformation, this will increase the difficulty of processing. In recent years, researchers have been trying to make physical modification of PB-1 and have made some achievements in order to reduce the production cost of PB-1 and improve its performance. In this paper, the development progress of poly(1-butene)(PB-1) physical modification was introduced. The blending modification and filling modification are introduced, and the development prospect of PB-1 is prospected.
