摘要
目的 探讨吲达帕胺联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效与安全性。方法 选取2017年1月—2018年6月本院心内科收治的80例高血压并冠心病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组两组,每组各40例。对照组单纯应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组则采用吲达帕胺联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,比较两组血压、血脂控制情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前两组SBP、DBP、TC、TG、HDL、LDL水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL水平明显低于对照组,而HDL水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重并发症或不良反应,且观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用吲达帕胺联合苯磺酸治疗高血压并冠心病疗效显著,可有效改善患者血压、血脂水平,降低心脑血管不良结局的发生风险,具有应用及推广价值。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of indapamide combined with Levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital during January 2017 and June 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were treated with Levamlodipine besylate alone,while those in the observation group were treated with indapamide combined with Levamlodipine besylate. Blood pressure,lipid control and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of SBP,DBP,TC,TG,HDL and LDL between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,TC,TG and LDL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the levels of HDL were significantly lower than those in the control group( P<0.05).There were no serious complications or adverse reactions occurred in both groups,and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Indapamide combined with Levamlodipine besylate is effective in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.It could effectively improve blood pressure and blood lipid levels and reduce the risk of adverse cardiocerebrovascular outcomes.It is worthy of application and promotion.
