摘要
目的观察雷公藤多苷片治疗类风湿关节炎对免疫球蛋白的影响。方法将类风湿关节炎患者108例随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片联合来氟米特片治疗,治疗组给予甲氨蝶呤片联合来氟米特片、雷公藤多苷片治疗。分别于患者治疗前后对2组患者的临床症状及相关指标进行检测。结果 2组患者治疗后关节肿痛个数少于治疗前,且治疗组少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组抗CCP、CRP、ESR、RF、IgG、IgA、IgM及IgE比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组抗CCP、CRP、ESR、RF、IgG、IgA、IgM及IgE均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片对类风湿关节炎有很好的治疗作用,其可能是通过调节免疫球蛋白的表达而完成的。
Objective To observe the effect on immune protein of tripterygium glycosides tablets in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 108 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 54 cases.Control group was treated with methotrexate tablets and leflunomide tablets.Treatment group was given methotrexate tablets combined with leflunomide tablets and tripterygium glycosides tablets.The clinical symptoms and related indicators of two groups were tested before and after treatment.Results The number of joint swelling and pain in two groups was less than that before treatment,and treatment group was less than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in anti-CCP,CRP,ESR,RF,IgG,IgA,IgM and IgE between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the anti-CCP,CRP,ESR,RF,IgG,IgA,IgM and IgE of two groups were lower than before treatment,and treatment group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides tablets has a good therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis,which may be accomplished by regulating the expression of immunoglobulin.
