双胎妊娠不同分娩方式对新生儿窒息、产后出血及并发症的影响

摘要 目的探讨双胎妊娠不同分娩方式对新生儿窒息、产后出血及并发症的影响。方法随机对医院收治的118例双胎妊娠产妇的资料进行查证分析,按分娩方式的不同均分为两组,各59例。对照组孕妇行经阴道试产分娩,观察组孕妇行剖宫产手术分娩。结果观察组的新生儿窒息率为3.39%,并发症发生率为0,明显低于对照组的11.86%和10.17%(P<0.05);观察组产后出血率为8.47%,明显高于对照组的3.39%(P<0.05)。结论双胎妊娠不同分娩方式各有利弊,根据母婴健康和产妇自主意愿,选择合适的分娩方式,是母婴健康的有效保障。
