摘要
目的探讨优质护理用于颅脑创伤患者的临床效果。方法选取医院2016年3月至2017年3月收治的颅脑创伤患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。观察组患者给予优质护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理干预。结果观察组总有效率为91.3%,护理满意度评分为(93.34±1.27)分,明显高于对照组的71.7%和(79.36±2.53)分(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式用于颅脑创伤患者中效果显著,可有效提高疗效和护理满意度,缓和紧张的医患关系,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-quality nursing on the beneficiaries of craniocerebral trauma.Methods Ninety-two patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.The observation group was given high quality nursing intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.3%,and the nursing satisfaction score was(93.34±1.27)points,which was significantly higher than 71.7%and(79.36±2.53)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing model in patients with craniocerebral trauma has significant effect,can effectively improve the curative effect and nursing satisfaction,ease the tense doctor-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
