报废汽车拆解线管理与监测诊断系统设计与实现

摘要 报废汽车拆解可有效地回收再利用资源,拆解线可靠运行对于汽车拆解效率的提升具有重要意义。笔者通过分析拆解工艺流程,开发了报废汽车拆解线管理与监测诊断系统。系统在对拆解线信息管理的基础上,通过对关键工位拆解设备运行过程中的振动、电流、位移等数据的采集与分析,实现了拆解设备运行状态的有效监测和诊断。系统采用C/S框架,将数据的逻辑处理放在客户端,完成复杂的数据处理与分析。实验表明,系统的客户端运行流畅,可完成对拆解线信息的管理和对拆解设备运行状态的实时监测与诊断,同时软件界面与功能均达到设计要求。 Abandoned car dismantling can recycle resourceseffectively, and the reliable operation of dismantling line is of great significance for the improvement of car disassembly efficiency.Through the analysis of the dismantling process, themanagement, monitoring and diagnosis system forabandoned car dismantling line is developed.On the basis of the information management for the disassembly line, the vibration,current,displacement and other data of key dismantling equipments in each station are sampled and analyzed, and the effective monitoring and diagnosis of the operating conditionis realized.The system adopts the C/S framework to put the logical processing of data on the client which completes complex data processing and analysis.The client of the system runs smoothly and can manage the information of the disassembly line,monitor and diagnose the operating condition of the dismantling equipments in time. At the same time, the software interface and functions meet the design requirements.
