摘要
城市轨道交通规划的重点之一是线路方案规划。以深圳市轨道交通17号线平湖南段、平湖段线路方案规划为例,分析其过程中应注意的现状用地、规划功能定位等边界条件,以及其对土地利用、覆盖规划人口岗位数、轨道网络协调、与城市规划结合性、拆迁量、工程实施等因素的影响。讨论城市轨道交通与城市规划、综合交通枢纽与城市中心的联动关系,供后续城市轨道交通规划与建设参考。
One of the key points of urban rail transit planning is route planning.Taking the route planning of Pinghua South section and Pinghu section of Shenzhen rail transit line 17 as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of land use,planning function positioning and other boundary conditions,as well as their impact on land use,population location number of coverage planning,track network coordination,integration urban planning,demolition quantity,project rollout and other impact factors.It discusses the relationship between the urban rail transit and urban planning,and the links of comprehensive transportation hub and urban center,which provides references for subsequent urban rail transit planning and construction.
