摘要
飞机的维修活动是装备管理工作的重要内容,但是飞机具有产品结构复杂、使用环境复杂的特点,建立在经典大样本同总体分布模型假设的维修需求预测方法难以适用。文章基于航空装备维修保障数据,围绕飞机维修需求预测问题,辨识影响维修需求的主要因素,采用数据驱动的方法建立飞机损伤程度模型,提出了一种飞机维修需求预测的新方法,并通过实测数据的分析处理,验证了方法的可行性。
Aircraft maintenance activity is an important part of naval aviation equipment management. But it is difficult to apply the method of forecasting maintenance demand based on the assumption of classical large sample and general distri. bution model. The main factors which influenced the maintenance demand aiming at prediction of aircraft maintenance de. mand was identified. Then, the degree of damage and the capability of fault detection was established based on the accumu. lated data about maintenance and support of naval aviation equipment using the data-driven approach. And finally the forecasting model of maintenance demand was established. Based on this, the maintenance demand forecasting result was obtained to analyze the result error and verify the feasibility of method.
