摘要
目的:对永瓣藤Monimopetalum chinense Rehd.的化学成分进行研究。方法:永瓣藤茎叶的85%甲醇提取物采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:算盘子酮(1)、表儿茶素(2)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(3)、算盘子酮醇(4)、卫矛酮(5)、木栓酮(6)、卫矛醇(7)、雷公藤酯甲(8)、雷公藤红素(9)、扁蒴藤素(10)、正二十八烷醇(11)。结论:其中,化合物2～5、7～11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Monimopetalum chinense.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography column from 85%(volume fraction)methanol extracts of the stems and leaves in Monimopetalum chinense.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physiochemical characteristics and spectrum analysis.Results:Eleven compounds were identified as glochidone(1),epicatechin(2),dibutyl phthalate(3),glochidonol(4),tingenone(5),friedelin(6),dulcitol(7),wilforlide(8),celastrol(9),pristimerin(10),1-octacosanol(11).Conclusion:Compounds 2 to 5 and 7 to 11 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
