朱砂药材及饮片X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱研究 被引量:13

X-Ray Diffraction Fourier Fingerprint of Cinnabaris Medicinal Materials and Decoction Pieces

摘要 目的:建立朱砂药材及饮片XRD Fourier指纹图谱,并比较朱砂水飞前后XRD Fourier指纹图谱的变化。方法:采用粉末X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)技术测定其XRD Fourier指纹图谱,同时进行模糊聚类法分析和相似度评价。结果:建立了以11个共有峰为特征指纹信息的13批朱砂药材和17批朱砂饮片的XRD Fourier指纹图谱分析方法;朱砂药材及饮片的XRD Fourier指纹图谱的相似度分别为0.941~0.997、0.993~1.000。药材与饮片的XRD Fourier特征图谱峰无明显差异。结论:XRD Fourier指纹图谱分析法可用于朱砂药材及饮片的鉴定与分析。 Objective:To establish X-ray diffraction(XRD)Fourier fingerprint of Cinnabaris medicinal materials and decoction pieces,and to compare the changes of XRD Fourier fingerprints before and after water grinding.Methods:XRD Fourier fingerprints were determined by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)technique,and analyzed by fuzzy clustering method and similarity evaluation.Results:XRD Fourier fingerprint analysis method was established for 13 batches of Cinnabaris medicinal materials and 17 batches of Cinnabaris decoction pieces with 11 common peaks as Characteristicis fingerprints.The similarity of XRD Fourier fingerprints of Cinnabaris medicinal materials and decoction pieces were 0.941~0.997 and 0.993~1.000,respectively.There were no significant differences in the XRD Fourier characteristic peaks between Cinnabaris medicinal materials and decoction pieces.Conclusion:XRD Fourier fingerprinting method can be used for identification and analysis of Cinnabaris medicinal materials and decoction pieces.
