摘要
目的:研究瘤果三宝木枝叶的化学成分。方法:利用反相硅胶柱色谱和反相制备液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过~1H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从瘤果三宝木枝叶95%乙醇提取物分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:汉黄芩素(1)、8-甲氧基异黄芩素(2)、异嗪皮啶(3)、5,8,2′-三羟基-6,7-甲氧基黄酮(4)、黄芩素(5)、黄芩新素Ⅱ(6)、千层纸素-A(7)、东莨菪素(8)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(9)、香草醛(10)、2(S)-5,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮(11)、isoscutellarein(12)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in twigs and leaves from Trigonostemon tuberculatum.Methods:The chemical constituents of Trigonostemon tuberculatum were isolated by different column chromatographic techniques.The structures of these compounds were identified by a comprehensive analysis of the spectroscopic data.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated in twigs and leaves from Trigonostemon tuberculatum.The compounds were identified as wogonin(1),isoscutellarein-8-methyl ether(2),isofraxidin(3),5,8,2′-trihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone(4),baicalein(5),skullcapflavoneⅡ(6),oroxylin-A(7),scopoletin(8),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol(9),vanillin(10),2(S)-5,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxyflavanone(11)and isoscutellarein(12).Conclusion:All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
