摘要
高速铁路列车轴箱轴承简称高铁轴承,是高速动车的关键部件,要求有较长的使用寿命。大多数高铁轴承的失效破坏往往起源于接触面下的某些点。因此在分析高铁轴承的基础疲劳寿命时,确定接触表面的应力分布对寻找最大应力值就非常重要。本文分别利用赫兹理论和弹性接触应力分析理论,结合有限元分析方法,探究了某型号高铁轴承的滚子与滚道接触时的应力分布。
High-speed railway axle box bearing is an important component of high-speed motor vehicle,which requires long service life. The failure of most high-speed railway bearings often originates from some points under the contact surface. Therefore,it is very important to determine the stress distribution and find the maximum stress on the contact surface when analyzing the basic fatigue life of bearings. In this paper,the Hertz theory and the elastic contact stress analysis theory are combined with the finite element analysis method to explore the stress distribution between the roller and the raceway of a certain type of high-speed railway bearing.
