摘要
介绍了国产螺杆制冷机组的制冷原理及工作流程,分析了国产螺杆制冷机组运行中出现的奔油现象的原因,提出了相应的解决对策。结果表明:国产螺杆制冷机组奔油的原因主要是制冷机组存在设计不足及工艺参数控制不当而引起的;在设计螺杆制冷机组时,可采用离心式和二级阻挡相结合的油分离器,当制冷能力有富余时,尽量采用干式蒸发器的螺杆制冷机组,蒸发器可采用引射回油装置;在操作时要求操作人员必须精心操作,严格按照工艺指标进行调节,这样可以避免螺杆制冷机组出现奔油导致生产不稳定,螺杆机组运行寿命减短的情况发生。
The refrigeration principle and working process of China-made screw refrigeration unit were introduced.The reasons for oil pumping in the operation of China-made screw refrigeration units were analyzed.And the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The results showed that the main reasons for oil pumping of China-made screw refrigeration units were the design defects of refrigeration units and improper control of process parameters;the oil separator combining centrifugal type and two-stage barrier can be used in the design of screw refrigeration unit;the screw refrigeration unit with dry evaporator can be used as far as possible and an ejector return device can be used in the evaporator when the refrigeration capacity was surplus;and operators should be required to operate carefully and adjust strictly according to process indexes during operation so as to avoid unstable production and operation life reduction of screw refrigeration units caused by oil pumping.
