摘要
采用电化学还原-热处理法得到Co3O4/TiO2NTs(二氧化钛纳米管)的p-n异质结构复合催化剂,通过加入表面活性剂聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)和聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(TritonX-100)获得了高度分散均匀且细小的颗粒。SEM表明通过加入PVP使颗粒大小和空间分布都更加均匀,而混合表面活性剂的协同作用则使负载颗粒尺寸进一步变小。实验结果表明得到的样品与未加表面活性剂的相比,显示出优异的光电流特性和降解亚甲基蓝(MB)染料的性能。
The composite catalyst of Co3O4/TiO2 NTs(titanium dioxide nanotubes)with p-n heterostructure was obtained by electrochemically reduction-heat annealing treatment.Highly dispersed,uniform and very small Co3O4 particles were prepared on TiO2 NTs due to addition of surfactant polyethylene pyrrolidone(PVP)and polyethylene glycol symplectic benzene ether(Triton X-100).SEM results show that the particle dispersion is more uniform by adding PVP,and the synergistic effect of mixed surfactants will further reduce the size of the loaded particles.The experimental results show that the obtained samples exhibits excellent photocurrent characteristics and degradation of methylene blue(MB)dyes compared with those without surfactants.
