摘要
现有的以pH值为被控量的石灰石供浆泵控制系统存在pH值变化慢,pH值测量准确度和代表性得不到保证,抗扰动能力差等问题。该文提出了一种优化的石灰石供浆泵控制策略,打破了传统pH控制的思想,直接以净烟气二氧化硫浓度为被控量,并创新性的采用动态设定值的方法,实现石灰石供浆泵的最优化控制。通过在现场脱硫系统的测试运行,优化后的石灰石供浆泵控制系统能实现对净烟气二氧化硫浓度的稳定控制,而且对吸收塔浆液池浆液pH值也具有良好的控制效果。运行结果表明,优化控制系统能提高脱硫系统运行的稳定性和安全性,有效提高脱硫系统的自动化程度。
The existing control system of limestone slurry pump with pH value as the controlled quantity has problems such as slow variation of pH value,unguaranteed measurement accuracy and representativeness of pH value,and poor anti-disturbance ability.In this study,an optimized control strategy for limestone slurry pump is proposed,which breaks the traditional idea of pH control,directly takes the net flue gas SO 2 concentration as the controlled quantity,and innovatively adopts the method of dynamic setting value to realize the optimal control of limestone slurry pump.Through the testing and operation in the on-site desulfurization system,the optimized limestone slurry supply pump control system can achieve the stable control of the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the net smoke,and has a good control effect on the pH value.The operation results show that the optimized control system can improve the stability and safety of desulphurization system,and improve the automation of desulphurization system effectively.
