摘要
本文结合变电站运检及管控工作的实际需求,提出了基于机器感知和态势感知技术的变电站设备状态智能监测评估一体化平台的顶层设计理念,其关键技术包括以变电站视频监控、智能传感器监测、巡视机器人为数据采集层,以基于IEC61850通信协议的站用有线/无线网络为传输层,以基于人工神经网络、感知哈希算法等为分析决策层。通过深入分析,该平台可实现设备状态及变电站环境自主感知、预测设备缺陷及风险、代替人工进行巡视决策,从而大大提高运检效率与可靠性。
On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the operation and maintenance requirements of substations, this paper proposes an integrated platform for intelligent monitoring and evaluation of substation equipment state based on machine perception and situation awareness. The key technology includes that using substation video monitoring, intelligent sensor monitoring and patrol robot as the data acquisition layer, the station uses wired/wireless network based on IEC61850 communication protocol as the transmission layer and based on artificial neural network, perceptual hash algorithm as analysis decision layer. Through detailed analysis, the platform could realize automatic operation of substation, automatic detection of equipment defects, automatic evaluation, equipment status prediction, automatic maintenance of maintenance instruction and so on. Therefore, the substation inspection efficiency and reliability will be greatly improved.
