摘要
燃料消耗在常减压装置中能耗占比接近80%,近年来公司提出节能降耗、降本增效,所以降低燃料消耗迫在眉睫。文章对常减压装置的燃料消耗高的因素进行了分析,并通过现场加热炉操作进行分析调试,提出了整改措施,使燃料消耗达到公司要求。
fuel consumption accounts for nearly 80% of energy consumption in the atmospheric pressure reducing device.In recent years, the company has proposed to save energy, reduce costs and increase efficiency, so it is urgent to reduce fuel consumption.This paper analyzes the factors of high fuel consumption of the atmospheric pressure relief device, and analyzes and debugs the operation of the on-site heating furnace, and puts forward corrective measures to make the fuel consumption meet the company’s requirements.
