摘要
综合型虚拟仿真实验室实现了对两型人才的培养,优化了各个专业实践教学资源,提高了多专业学生协同创新实践能力。文章结合应用型地方高校办学指导方针以及对接地方经济发展需求,论述了应用型地方高校综合型虚拟仿真实验教学中心的建设可行性和建设意义,进一步分析了中心的建设理念和思路,提出了建设有利于孵化"两型人才"的"虚实结合、协同创新、优势互补"的综合型虚拟仿真实验教学中心的观点。首先立足于人才培养计划,制定合理的实践教学体系;其次建立"共建共享共创"的实验室管理及运行机制;再次制定合理的引导策略,鼓励各个专业协同创新驱动发展;最后合理应用鲶鱼效应,开展"协作创新设计"活动。
The integrated virtual simulation laboratory has realized the training of the two talents,optimized the teaching resources of various majors,and improved the practical ability of multi- major students'collaborative innovation.With the development guidelines of the local universities and the demand of the economic expansion,it discusses the feasibility and significance of building the integrated virtual simulation experiment teaching center in application-oriented local colleges and universities,and further analyzes the construction concept and ideas of the center.And it puts forward the viewpoint of constructing a comprehensive virtual simulation experiment teaching center, which is conducive to incubating the"two- type talents",such as"the combination of virtual reality,collaborative innovation and complementary advantages".Firstly,based on the talent development plan,a reasonable practical teaching system is formulated;Secondly,the laboratory management and operation mechanism of"co-construction and co- creation"should be established to make the reasonable guidance strategy and encourage the collaborative innovation-driven development of various specialties.Finally,the application of catfish effect is.reasonable to carry out the activities of"collaborative innovation design".
