摘要
公费师范生教育政策实施以来取得较大的成果,但在实施的过程中发现还存在诸多问题,表现为政策执行主体的行为方式缺乏科学性,政策设计存在一定的漏洞,就业模式不能激励公费师范生到农村学校任职,公费师范生遴选机制不健全。这要求在今后的发展中要改变政策执行主体的工作方法与态度,进一步加强政府的宏观设计,完善公费师范生就业方式,激励其到农村学校就业,完善公费师范生招生模式,创新进退机制。
Since the implementation of the education policy for students with public education,great achievements have been made,but many problems have been found in its implementation,which is manifested in the lack of scientific behaviors of the policy implementing subjects and the existence of certain loopholes in policy design.The employment model can not motivate the state-financed students to serve rural schools,and the selection mechanism of the students is not perfect.It is necessary to change in the working methods and attitudes of policy implementers,further strengthen the macro-design of the government,improve the employment mode of public education students,encourage them to find employment in rural schools,improve the enrollment mode of public education students,and innovate the mechanism of advancement and retreat.
