摘要
教师素质的高低在一定程度上影响着教育教学质量的优劣。从目前来看,我国教师整体的专业发展水平仍然较低。地方高校教师在专业自主发展道路上仍面临内、外阻碍性因素,如专业理想缺失、教学方法固化、自主学习能力逐渐走低等因素,制约了地方高校教师个人及整体的专业水平。面对这种情况,需要考虑从地方高校教师专业身份认同、地方高校教师专业发展的自主性、发展意识等角度来探索地方高校教师专业自主发展的路径。
The quality of teachers,to a certain extent,affects the quality of education and teaching.the overall professional development level of teachers in China is still not satisfactory.Local college teachers still face internal and external obstacles in their professional development,such as the lack of professional ideals,the solidification of teaching methods and the gradual decline of independent learning ability,which restrict their individual and overall professional level.It is necessary to consider the path of local college teachers’professional identity,the autonomy of local college teachers’professional development and the development of consciousness to explore the professional independent development of local college teachers.
